Can you get refunds?
Yes, you can. We offer refunds for any missed sessions for any reason whatsoever. We do not offer refunds on work that has already been completed. If you’re not happy with the standard of the clean after the cleaning has taken place, you can speak to the cleaner and point out what’s wrong, what was not correct or up to your standard and that should resolve the issue. Failing that, give us a call. We will look into it, but we do not give refunds for work that’s already been completed.
